Exciting Collaboration Announced: ECOFACT Joins Forces in the ECOENERGY Cluster

We are thrilled to announce a collaboration between ECOFACT and our esteemed partners—E2COMATION, DENiM, iBECOME, GREEN.DAT.AI, and EnerMan. Together, we are forming the ECOENERGY Cluster, an innovative initiative under the Horizon 2020 EU’s research and innovation funding programme and supported by the Horizon Results Booster (HRB).

ECOENERGY Cluster

Our collaboration within the ECOENERGY Cluster is centred on advancing sustainable solutions to enhance energy efficiency. This initiative is not only about pioneering new technologies but also about making a substantial impact on how energy is utilised across startups, SMEs, and large enterprises. Our collective efforts are set to drive sustainability and establish new benchmarks in energy management.

The cluster is dedicated to optimising energy use and improving energy efficiency in manufacturing processes, while also addressing key aspects such as sustainability, digitalisation, and interoperability. By focusing on these areas, we aim to contribute to the EU’s climate goals, enhance energy affordability, and boost the competitiveness of European manufacturing.

The ECOENERGY Cluster will drive forward for these solutions:

  • ECOFACT Integrated Software Platform: A comprehensive tool for sustainable manufacturing management and optimisation.
  • DENiM Digital Intelligence Platform: Advanced digital intelligence solutions for enhanced operational efficiency.
  • Enhanced Simulation Environment: A robust simulation environment that integrates energy and environmental performance.
  • Optimised Building Renovation: iBECOME innovative approaches for improving energy performance in buildings and renovations.
  • CPS-Based Industrial Data Collection System: A cutting-edge system for collecting and analysing industrial data.

What is the HRB?

HRB, an initiative of the European Commission, is dedicated to continuously injecting innovation into the market. Its mission is to amplify the impact of publicly funded research across the EU. By supporting projects that aim to surpass traditional Dissemination and Exploitation (D&E) obligations, HRB focuses on directing research towards significant societal impacts and solidifying the value of Research and Innovation (R&I) activities.
